Transferring your domain name

You need to take some steps first before proceeding with a domain name transfer to us.
Step 1. Unlock your domain
Step 2. "Generate a transfer Key" or "AuthInfo Code" or "EPP Authentication Code" or "EPP authorization" or "EPP code".
They vary in name from registrar to registrar. Take a look now.
You will need the Transfer key granted by the registrar to proceed with the transfer of domain name.
"Always ensure the domain contact email's are correct before emailing the key to yourself."

Step 3. Once your ready start by typing in the domain name you want to transfer in the form box above, Next Select your the domain name extension by clicking the select box and select the extension, Lastly click the "Transfer Domain" button above to start the transfer process. If your domain requires a Transfer key, you will be asked to enter the key within the next few steps.

You can transfer all your .AU or .NZ domain names to us now for FREE with no required costs, you will only be asked to renew if the domain name is within 90 days of expiring. Simple!.

Domain name transfers are always facilitated instantly.
All other global domains need to renew on transfer.
