Domain name Registrar to Registrar transfer

Getting ready for transfer...

Transfer domain names from your current domain registrar and start Saving Money.

Domain transfer check list: ( You must have completed these three tasks before proceeding. )

The domain status is "Unlocked". If not, go to the current registrar, select the domain, then unlock the domain.
I have the "AuthInfo/Pass code". If not, go to the current registrar, select the domain, send AuthInfo/Pass Code to yourself.
The domain contacts email is working, transfer authority email is sent to the contact once only, transfer can not be completed for invalid emails.
Dont make any DNS changes before a domain transfer, if you have, wait a few days until the new DNS has propergated over the internet and works.

Transfer of domain does not affect your website, unless you have closed your web hosting or changed your DNS setting prior to the transfer request.
We recommend you not close or adjust any web hosting DNS whilst a transfer is processing, this will cause your website/email to stop working properly.

We cant do anything about how long it takes for a transfer to complete, once you have approved the transfer the time it takes for the other registrar is out of our control, as such, this is the time to be patient and wait it out, transfer is almost complete and is awaiting the other registrar transfer-out approval.

IMPORTANT! As much as we wish for a domain transfer to happen in seconds, this is not the reality, domain transfer will complete within days based on your confirmation or transfer and how long it takes for the other registrar to complete. All we ask is you be patient and allow the process to complete, we will notify by email when the domain has transferred to your account so you can make your domain adjustments.

Transfer authority emails are sent immediately to account contact once only, you will be notified by email if more information is required. Once you have approved the transfer authority email, allow up-to 1-5 working days for transfer to be completed. To speed up transfer some registrars have an option within your account to approve pending transfers out, look for "Pending Transfer". Once a transfer is approved by us the transfer process will take the time it takes for the other registrar to approve. Throughout a transfer your domain/website will remain online, only if you have an active web hosting or DNS, however, during the process you won't be able to make any adjustments to hosting or DNS until it is complete and appears in your account.
